The 2012 National Chi Upsilon Sigma Convention & Leadership Conference is a high profile event providing you with an excellent opportunity to promote products and/or services to approximately 200 attendees. Your table top will display educational, business and/or products and services that are sure to appeal to our attendees.

Uniquely scheduled programming will allow attendees to visit exhibitors over a two (2) day period with a total of 11 hours of exhibit time.

Exhibitor Table Payment Via Google Checkout

Table Policy

To reserve your table you must complete and sign the Exhibitor Registration Form accompanied with a 50%
deposit of your table fee by April 26, 2012. A deposit must accompany all registration forms, if not they will not be processed. The remaining balance must be paid by May 24, 2012. Table spaces will be released
if full payment is not received by this date. Table assignments are not guaranteed. Exhibit hall floor
plan and your assigned table will be sent after full payment has been received. Exhibitors reserving space
after May 24, 2012 must pay 100% of the table fee accompanied by the exhibitor registration form.

Set-up and Breakdown Instructions

Set up time is from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm on Friday and 6:30 am – 7:30 am on Saturday.
Your table must be ready for business 30 minutes before the scheduled opening time of the Expo Hall.
Your table and items are your responsibility. Someone must be present at your Table at all times during event operating hours.
Break down is from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm on Saturday
At closing, during breakdown please make sure you to leave your area free of debris.


All registration cancellations must be in writing and received via e-mail ([email protected]) by June 1, 2012.
All refunds will be processed after the convention is concluded. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of no more than $5. No refunds will be honored for cancellations received after June 1, 2012.
